Mr. Kozmyk has over 35 years experience in the energy industry, with most of it spent in corporate leadership positions. He has an impressive track record for originating and managing billion-dollar scale wealth-creating strategic growth initiatives, first as an executive with Kansas-based Koch Industries, where he was an architect of the company's highly successful Canadian upstream energy business, and later with TSX-listed BlackRock Ventures, which experienced an increase in market capitalization from $25 million to $2.4 billion under the 7-year stewardship of Mr. Kozmyk and his colleagues.
Mr. Kozmyk holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Calgary and an MBA from the University of Liverpool. He is a member of the International Association for Energy Economics, the Geological Society of America, the Geological Association of Canada, and the Canadian Association of Management Consultants.
Mr. Grue has over 25 years experience in driving successful commercial results for a variety of businesses from progressively senior leadership positions. He has also worked in government organizations, including establishing the first British Trade Office for the UK Government, mandated to assist British companies in scaling their commercial reach globally. His ability to align government policy with commercial aspirations for the benefit of shareholders and stakeholders has been recognized by multiple C-Suite and diplomatic leaders on multiple continents.
Mr. Grue holds his BA in Business Administration from Trinity Western University. He has his CITP accreditation in International Trade and CMC in Management Consulting. Mr Grue is the former President of the Association of Corporate Growth in Calgary, Past Vice-Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce in Canada and Past Chair of Meetings Mean Business Canada.
Ms. Dugdale has been leading finance teams for over 20 years in a variety of complex, capital intensive organizations and in public, start-up and private spaces. She has served as a senior finance professional in the energy industry for over ten years, including as the CFO and co-founder of a private oil and gas start-up and, CFO, co-founder and Director of Mapan Energy Ltd., a publicly traded natural gas company. Ms. Dugdale also served as the Corporate Controller of C&C Energia Ltd., a TSX listed oil producing company in Colombia, SA along with ten years at ARC Financial Corp., one of the world's leading private equity fund managers.
Ms. Dugdale earned her CPA, CA at a global public accounting firm, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography both from the University of Calgary. Most recently, she joined the Calgary Police Youth Foundation Board of Directors and is the Chair of the Audit Committee.
A graduate of the Technion, Israel institute of Technology, with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Moked has a 35-year track record of founding and leading Industrial products companies and introducing new and innovative technologies to the world. He has undertaken projects and conducted business in numerous countries around the globe and has extensive experience with international business.
Mr. Moked has also served as a consultant to major steel companies and has helped the technology owner commercialize the ECOGY GTL technology. He is the CEO and major shareholder of Distek N.A LLC, owner of the ArmorGalv technology.
Ms. Mitchell served as the 18th Lieutenant Governor of Alberta. Considered one of the most prominent people in Calgary. She has spent many years working as an entrepreneur, developing and growing successful marketing and corporate training firms and is a past Board Chair of the Calgary Chamber of Commerce, past Board Chair of the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra and a past Board Director for UBS Bank (Canada) and Mitacs.
During her tenure in office, she chose to make history education a priority and became founding patron of the History and Heroes Foundation, of which she is now the Chair. She is currently Vice-Chair of the Global Business Forum, Co-Chair of Ignite Calgary, and a Governor of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society, as well as a also a board member of Football Canada, the Canadian Paralympic Foundation and the World Literacy Foundation. She has long been a proud supporter and advocate of the Special Olympics Canada Foundation.
